SCOT-Coveral 88 helps remove slag / dross built-up on the furnace walls and floor. After the molten aluminium has been drained from the crucible / furnace, sprinkle this flux on the walls of the furnace (while it is still hot) and start the burner. Then scrape out the dross from the walls.
