SCOT-COVERAL 29A flux is an injectable flux specially recommended for Al-Si alloys with 5 to 13 % silicon content. The sodium released by the flux will modify the structure of the eutectic phase which results in reduced shrinkage defects and increased mechanical properties of the casting. SCOT-COVERAL 29A has been specially designed to be injected through a flux injector.
