Akshay make polygonal siever is specially designed to sieve the used sand to get the consistent good quality of sand.

Features :

  • CAPACITY - 5TPH - 60 TPH
  • Polygonal siever drum is made in segments with stainless steel mesh for extended mesh life.
  • Inlet chute of the polygonal siever drum is constructed from stainless steel plate for durability.
  • Polygonal siever shell is coated internally with 3 layers of FRP sheets, bolted for longer life of both the FRP coating and the shell.
  • Discard sand lumps chute is designed to prevent core pieces from entering the sieved sand.
  • Polygonal sand sieve helps remove lumps and non-magnetic parts from return sand, ensuring cleaner sand.
  • Heavy-duty design with low maintenance requirements.
  • Easy-to-change mesh for convenient maintenance.
