SSEC intensive sand mixers have inclined blender units with hard-faced blades rotating at high speed and in opposite direction to the main mixing blades. These high-precision wear-resistant mixing blades give a uniform coating of all sand particles with an optimum level of additives & water.
The SSEC Intensive Green Sand Mixer’s base is made entirely from a single cast part that is precisely machined to maintain a perfectly flat surface. Because of this, the gap between the mixer blades and the bottom plate remains constant throughout operation. This reduces wear on the mixer blades and significantly increases their service life. The entire inner surface of the mixer—both the base and side segments—is lined with ceramic tiles to ensure smooth sand flow and maintenance-free operation. The ceramic lining also improves sand flowability, as the sand rotates freely without resistance.
SSEC sand mixing technology offers high sand quality for mould preparation with a short cycle time. In every batch, The SSEC Intensive green sand mixers confirm the perfect Pre-mixing, water addition, additive addition, and sand with adequate timing of all batches. They deliver homogeneous and lump-free prepared sand with good compression strength & compactibility. The SSEC Intensive green sand mixers are designed to accommodate advanced automatic sand testing units (Sakthi Smart Sand Lab) to control compression strength, compactibility, and moisture for all mixing batches within the cycle time. The SSEC Intensive green sand mixer acting as the arm and the Sakthi Smart Sand Lab acting as the brain can deliver the best quality sand. This is necessary especially for foundries using High pressure moulding machines like the Tokyu AMF or Belloi Flask type HPML or the Sakthi Smart Mould
