Description

We manufacture pouring, Treatment and transfer ladles to handle hot metal from the furnace to pouring points. These ladles can be standard, or custom made as per customer requirements. The ladles are mounted with worm gearboxes for easy tilting and handling while pouring.
Types: Tea spout Ladles, Lip pouring ladles, Bottom pouring ladles, and Treatment ladles.

Ladle Preheater

Description

SSEC manufactures Ladle Preheaters to pre heat the ladle before the ladle goes for pouring. This Systems works by upholding recirculation of heat energy in closed ladle by increasing the convection heat energy and this heat energy is transferred into the refractory lining of the Ladle. This system decreases the heating times and increases the temperature of the refractory lining uniformity. SSEC provides both vertical and horizontal type ladle preheaters, depending on the requirements of the customers.
•   Can be used for various sizes of Lip and Bottom Pouring Ladles.
•   Ladle refractory lining can be heated up to 900 C°.
•   The horizontal frame can be swiveled manually on the vertical axis and locked in position as desired.
•   Auto ignition system to save fuel.
•   Auto cut off control panel (Optional)
 
•   Achieve Uniform temperature in all parts of the ladle lining.
•   Avoid temperature loss of metal.
•   Less fuel/power consumption.
•   Suitable for all type of ladles.
