Separator screens are conveying nstallations using directional vibration to handle castings carefully and separate them from loose sand / lumps at the same time. The standard use of these machines is continuous operation for serial products. With this facilitiy the sand shake out is recycled in a downstream treatment plant and returned to the process.

The new CYRUS Vibration Machines India manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune was setup in 2016. In 2021 the holding Schulte-Strathaus group changed its portfolio and CYRUS Vibration Machines India became independent. The products and solutions offered are world class and custom built to suit specific requirements of customers. We produce for the Indian market as well as export equipment from the Indian manufacturing facility.
