SSEC manufactures low level attrition system for the breakage of mould lumps. Attrition system is built with heavy mild steel plate and driven by two imported vibratory motors and three Deccks of grids systems ensure the proper attrition of the sand.
Over the top Deck dusts are removed through dust collection system.
Cast Sand Moulds Are Loaded Onto The top Deck .Where They Are Subjected to a Vibratory Action Which Breaks down the Mould and Reduces the Sand Mould / Lumps To Grain Size.
Tramp Metal, Flash And Larger Extraneous Materials are held above The Perforated Plate & Wedge Wire Screens For Later Removal Through an access Doorway At The Side Of The Machine.
Total unit is mounted on a special springs , which is uniform in vibration and life of the springs also good. Loading Deck Size and Output sand capacity can be selected based on the requirement.
