Mould handling is an important factor for determining the productivity of foundry where sequence of operations carried out in a quick session of time. Therefore, effective handling of mould is highly essential to balance the operation requirements in a short span of time. The present invention is about implementing the effective material handling in foundry operations through powerised pusher trolley with inbuilt hydraulic power pack. the proposed trolley could move along transfer tracks through mechanical power acquired from an electric motor The heavily made wheel blocks mounted on the corners of the trolley increases the durability of the trolley The inbuilt hydraulic power unit transfers the mould box from transfer track to working tracks as per the sequence of operation. This invention eliminates the use of individual hydraulic cylinders for each working track.
