Mould Pallet Car

Overviews

We are involved in manufacturing & supplying industrial foundry pallet cars. These pallet cars are widely used for foundry ARPA & high pressure lines. mould cars are used for mold handling in foundries. Because of continuous working of pallet cars in mold handling system, we make it high rigidity, for that we use supported ribs. Special U shape rollers we manufacture in heavy duty alloy steel are used for self guiding. We design a special grove on top side of the pallet car to escape gases from the pouring mould. We design thickness & size of the pallet according to the weight & size of the mould box. Since we machined this pallet car on totally VMC machines, its paralleled and total pallet cars distance was maintained with a difference of about +/-0.2mm so it helps to operate the puller pusher system assembly smoothly.
