We manufacture heavy-duty lump breakers for breaking lumps in the return sand (sand that is leftover after the cast is removed from the mold) which speeds up sand cooling. It also increases sand recovery.
Our lump breakers come with dynamically balanced rotor systems which contain vanes that rotate at high speed, these wear-resistant steel vanes made of special alloys throw the lumps against the disintegrator fixed on the opposite side of the rotors which breakdown the lumps, thus ensuring homogeneity in the return sand.
