Magna’s Direct Pouring Sleeves are designed to help foundry operators make sound casting for less money. MAGPOUR- Risers are essentially used to perform the tasks of feeding the casting. Not only does it complete the task of feeding a casting, but also does the job of filtering the molten metal extremely well with the help of our ceramic foam filters. 

Here, a combination of insulating riser body is made with a ceramic foam filter that allows the foundry operator to pour the metal directly into the casting.
