Amber make Semi Automatic Rotary Table Abrasive Belt Grinding Machine consist of a horizontal rotating round 1 meter diameter S.G. casted bed with T slots for mounting fixtures and vertical slide with Single End Abrasive Belt Grinder mounted on it which deburrs the casting jobs passing though as the bed is rotating at a slow speed. The fettling jobs can be mounted on a fixture particularly designed for particular casting jobs. All the fixtures can be mounted on the T slots give in the round rotating bed. This machine is very much beneficial for fettling smaller casting jobs wieghing from 10 grams to 200 grams which are produced more than 50000 Nos. per batch.
Additionally the single end abrasive belt grinder mounted on the vertical pillar can be adjusted in X and Y positions by rotating the slide screws according to the hieght and width of different jobs. This machine is also accomodated with a control panel having ON, OFF and Emergency OFF buttons as well as with power indicators is attached with the machine and also a speed controling port which is connected with a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive)
