But, Where the software has arguably had the biggest impact is in payroll and reporting. Attendance data that used to be manually reconciled against a register is now automatically synced from the same biometric devices IH Castings was already using. No hardware replacement, no retraining the security staff at the gate. The system simply plugged into what was already there and started working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late coming reports, overtime hours, department-wise attendance, and shift summaries are generated automatically and can be exported for audits or management review in a couple of clicks.

Further, like most foundries today, IH Castings sports a full canteen facility with subsidized meals for it’s large team. These biometric devices installed outside the canteen feed Ankastra and enable a fully transparent way of billing the canteen management with the accurate headcount for each day. <\/p>\n\n\n
